Les Plus Beaux Jardins
de France
The 1901 law association Les Plus Beaux Jardins de France is a professional network and a community of garden lovers. Its mission is to promote the French garden on the territory and abroad to all audiences.
- Presentation of the association
The association Les Plus Beaux Jardins de France aims to promote, celebrate and preserve France’s botanical and landscape heritage. It brings together exceptional gardens, open to the public, which stand out for their aesthetic quality, exemplary management and commitment to biodiversity.
- Our missions
- To highlight remarkable gardens, whether historic, contemporary or themed.
- To encourage interaction between owners and enthusiasts so that they can share their expertise and experiences.
- To raise public awareness of the richness of France’s plant heritage
- To promote best practice in ecological management, restoration and landscape innovation.
The strength of our association lies in its status as a leading authority amongst French gardens and parks open to the public. Our members represent an extraordinary diversity: French or English-style gardens, topiary, ornamental features, landscaped parks… The full richness of French gardens is on display here. Beyond their differences, they all share the same commitment to quality and the same determination to adapt their gardens to meet contemporary challenges.
